Transport Advisory
The Jasper Jean Lancaster-PITX Public Bus is now on trial operations until October 31, 2019.
Trip Schedule as follows:
– Daily Trips (Monday to Sunday)
– Trip Frequency: Every hour
– First Trip: 5:00AM from LNC Transport Hub and 6:30AM from PITX Terminal
– Last Trip: 10:00PM from both LNC Transport Hub and PITX
Please note that trip schedules may vary during the trial period.
As a public bus system, Jasper Jean Lancaster-PITX Bus service will be available not only for Lancaster New City residents but to public commuters in general, including non-residents of LNC.
Buses may load and unload passengers at any public bus stops along its route. Following the LTFRB fare matrix, one-way fare charge is P49.00. LNC Link Card use is not yet available.
PITX terminal is located at the Ground Floor along with other provincial buses going to Cavite.
The LNC Link Metro Route (PITX) will continue to operate its regular schedule from Mondays to Fridays for LNC Link Card holders.

Point to Point
Point to point service from Lancaster New City to Makati.
Lancaster New City Link (LNC Link) would have additional route effective August 29, 2018. The additional drop-off point is from Transport Hub to Centennial Shop at Paseo De Pag Asa along Centennial Highway.
Lancaster New City (LNC) Link card powered by beep™ for Lancaster New City’s 40,000 residents (Started June 2018)
LNC Link is the efficient form of transportation for the residents. Transport provider, Joyful Journey, also replaced their existing fleet (Shown Below) inside our township to double-door buses, to complement the LNC Link card in speeding up passenger flow.
Lancaster New City transport hub utilizes special Beep powered cards for the convenience and security of the homeowners.
New Modern Buses
Transport Journey Buses in Lancaster New City are already being equipped with a GPS to monitor their movement and allow the dispatch of additional units in case of a surge in demand or unforeseen delay in one of the vehicles. For added security, CCTV cameras are, likewise, being installed.
“By making travel using the LNC Link more predictable, convenient, safe, and cost-effective, we hope to encourage our homeowners to forego the use of private vehicles to go around and outside of our township, thereby helping them manage their transportation budget and reducing our carbon footprint.”

- Lancaster New City to SM Mall of Asia
- Lancaster New City to Lawton
- Lancaster New City to Ayala (RCBC Plaza, Makati)
Existing Transport Services in Lancaster New City Cavite
- Shuttle Bus – Route is from Lancaster New City Cavite to Coastal Mall Metro Bus Station, Coastal Mall Terminal Road, Parañaque. Exclusively for residents of Lancaster New City Cavite only since the bus will not or may not stop in any other area except in Lancaster New City Cavite only or at Coastal Mall. The bus fare will be thru E-TAP Card, which is loadable in certain location with Php35.00 start-up fare of.
- Jeepney Shuttle Services – Route is Lancaster New City Cavite to Centennial Road. Fare is Php 8.00 and exclusively for Lancaster New City Cavite residents only. If you are coming from Manila, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Bacoor, Tanza, Rosario, Gen. Trias, Noveleta and Cavite City, find its terminal in 7-11/Phoenix Gas Station.
- Multicab Shuttle Services – Route is Lancaster New City Cavite to Citimall Imus. Fares are Php15.00 and open to the public. Take this route if you are coming from Tagaytay, Dasmarinas, Cavite, Bacoor, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa and Laguna. Find its terminal in Citimall Imus along Aguinaldo Highway.
- Multicab Shuttle Services – Route is Lancaster New City Cavite to Puregold Imus Market. Fares are Php15.00 and open to the public. Find its terminal in Citimall Imus along Aguinaldo Highway.
- Utility Vehicle (UV) Express Services – Route is Lancaster New City Cavite to Ayala, Makati (Enterprise & RCBC) if via Edsa and King’s court if via Buendia Avenue. Time 4:30–8:00AM, Monday – Friday.
- Utility Vehicle (UV) Express Services – Route is Ayala, Makati to Lancaster New City Cavite. Loading Area is in Paseo Center / Open Parking via Cavitex, Zeus, Gahak then Lancaster New City Cavite. Time 5:00-8:00PM, Monday – Friday.
