Tumbok: Unravelling the Mystery: Truth or Myth
T-Junction
In choosing a real estate property, this is probably the most famous. The dreaded T-Junction does not need much introduction. Everyone, even non-believers, knows that facing a T-Junction is bad Feng Shui. Or is it? Yes. It is bad if the traffic that travels up and down the T-junction is intense. But, if the traffic is light, then it is not a problem. The key to finding out if a T-junction is detrimental or not is to see whether it hits your main door or not. If it does not, it may not even be harmful, especially if traffic is low. If it does, fencing or walls or strategically planted trees can be used as trees can help dissipate some of the forceful chi from the T-junction. Moving your door can also help resolve the problem. But, please note that this problem is not rectifiable using a Ba Gua Mirror! That is a Myth!

Curved ‘Knife’ Road
If a road curves inwards, towards your property, this is known as a Knife Formation. This Chi hits the property from all sides and usually leads to a lot of accidents and mishaps for the occupants. It is essential that you ensure the door does not face the curve if you have no choice but to select this property. Otherwise, it is best to avoid this property. However, if you are inside the curve, then you do not have the Knife Formation Problem.
