WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO YOU NEED TO PASS
Requirements Needed
The Requirements needed for financing is quite simple and basic. You just need to submit them, and the Developer will process the loan. Below are the lists of things needed:

- 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture (husband/wife)
- Photocopy of Marriage Contract if Married, Birth Certificate if Single
- Photocopy of two (2) Valid Government issued ID’s, with 3 signatures in the photocopy (Husband/Wife)
- Tax Account No. (TIN)
- Proof of Billing here in the Philippines (Meralco, Manila Water, PLDT, Globe, etc.)
- Community Tax Certificate – Cedula (Husband/Wife)
- Complete post dated checks for Equity and Amortization
Income Requirements
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation
- 3 months payslip
- Income Tax Return (ITR)

- Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
- Three (3) pcs 1×1 ID Picture
- Residence Certificate (cedula) – locally employed

- Photocopy of Marriage Contract for Married and Birth Certificate for Single
- Proof of Billing (Here in the Philippines)
- Post Dated Checks – 12pcs for Down Payment ; 12 pcs for Monthly Amortization

- If buyer is based overseas at the time of SPA execution.

- If with proof of stay that buyer is in the Philippines at the time of SPA execution.
